We have a limited warranty for 15 years. However we have many examples of turf projects lasting much longer.

The sub base we use is a 1 in drainage rock at a 3 inch depth, with a 1in depth of 3/8 minus. This allows for proper drainage and a firm sub base to help control the movement.

Pet Turf/Play Turf is by far the best turf for high traffic areas because of pile height and firmness of blade. Also a higher face weight turf holds up to traffic better because of the amount of sand that is put into those turfs.

We have products that can help cool your turf. However we have found that the best way to cool the turf is to water for 3-5 minutes.

Very little maintenance on turf; except blowing and cleaning the turf with water. Also keeping areas that are matted down, brushed up.
